Treg Hudson was going to bring the message at a local church here in Mason. Thinking it would be nice to sing a song that went along with his message, I called Treg's beautiful wife, Natalie, and asked what his message was going to be. She said " And all things work together for good to those that love the Lord." Neither of us could think of a song with those words in it, so deciding I would try to write one, off I went to find the Scripture in the Bible. ( I didn't know where it was at the time.)
It occurred to me if I didn't know where the Scripture was, others might not either. Thus, Romans 8:28 was written that very day, right after I got off the phone with Natalie. Now we ALL know where it is....
I appreciate Treg sharing about Romans 8:28 that week , and Natalie for letting me know ahead of time which inspired the writing of this song....It all seemed like part of God's wonderful plan to me!! :-)
