Songs 4 Seniors – Keeping Time with Beth is a Therapeutic, Interactive Music Program for Healthcare Facilities, Nursing and Residential Homes, Assisted Living, Adults and Children with Intellectual Disabilities, Memory Care Units, Group Homes, Caregivers and more.

Beth is available to bring her Interactive Music, Movement & Singalong – Keeping Time with Beth program to your facility in person or online via ZOOM or FACETIME! She has been sharing her exercise and music program since1991.

Her music is therapeutic, uplifting, energetic and the residents get their daily dose of physical exercise! Combining exercise with audience participation, Beth sings old time favorites, country, big band, gospel, singalongs, yodeling, and even teaches the residents to yodel with her.

Beth involves the residents with a lively, upbeat program designed to lift spirits & bring happiness! Her passionate belief in her call to music has been the driving force in her life. “It’s important to me to use my musical abilities to help those around me through the songs I sing and the message those songs deliver.” she says. That attitude is apparent in the special music/exercise program she has developed for Healthcare Facilities, Nursing and Residential Homes, Assisted Living, Adults and Children with Intellectual Disabilities, Memory Care Units, Group Homes, Caregivers and more.

A seasoned performer, outstanding entertainer & guitarist with an endearing personality and great sense of humor, Beth is a favorite everywhere she performs. She first took her “Keeping Time with Beth” music program to Nursing Homes, Retirement Centers and Hospitals in 1990. After just one year, she was performing at over 40 facilities a month, and had a waiting list.
