about beth

Beth Williams founded “Songs 4 Seniors & Everyone — Keeping Time with Beth” in 1991. Within a year, she was performing at more than 40 facilities each month and had a waiting list. Since then, she has offered interactive music and movement sessions for care communities, healthcare facilities, caregivers, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and others who benefit from uplifting, engaging activities. Her long-standing dedication has helped support the well-being of many participants.
A seasoned performer, engaging entertainer, and skilled guitarist, Beth brings warmth, humor, and personality to every performance, making her a favorite wherever she appears.
Beth connects with residents through lively, upbeat programs designed to lift spirits and bring joy. Her commitment to using music to encourage and support others is central to her work. As Beth says, “It’s important to me to use my musical abilities to help those around me through the songs I sing and the message those songs deliver.” This purpose guides the specialized music and exercise programs she provides for healthcare facilities, nursing and residential homes, assisted living communities, adults and children with intellectual disabilities, memory care units, group homes, caregivers, and more.

"Beth Williams Music was the inspiration for The Music Connection now presenting 25 monthly performances in residential care facilities throughout the Texas Hill Country by the Texas Heritage Music Foundation - Music Connection. She used to sing for my Dad (Bobo) when he was in a nursing home and even yodeled at his funeral service.
Thank you Beth" Janice Kennemer Ballard

Since 2013

"Keeping Time with Beth is an amazing interactive exercise and music program Beth shared with us at Cappella. It's great to have someone perform for our residents, but it's so much more fun to have someone who brings instruments, talks, and sings alongside our residents. I highly recommend Beth for any program with youth or elders, she is wonderful!"
